Parts Nation, Inc. was looking for a brochure site to build name recognition, and to entice and communicate with investors. They wanted to make it easy
for investors to get information but still wanted to be exclusive about who gets the information.
Create a professional brochure site that gives the impression of an upwardly mobile company ready for investment.
We created a graphically clean site using only positive, success-oriented photos and a clear navigation system. For consumers, we added an email form
for them to sign up to receive further information about the company when it becomes available. For investors, we created a secure folder where the owners
could post confidential material. Potential investors must first contact the company for a password, and then are able to access the private areas.

The Premise
The business referral network wanted a central place to refer leads that described their businesses. They wanted to leads to "cross pollinate" between the
various complimentary services on that site so that a lead for one company might turn into a lead for several of them. They also expressed a desire to have a
personal feel to their site.
The Goal
Create a professional, yet personal site where prospects could explore the various services in the referral group.
The Solution
The slogan of the group was "The Heart of Downtown". So, we first created a custom 3D graphic that looked like the Chamber of Commerce logo was built in to
the city (literally at "the heart" of downtown). We used it and the Chamber logo throughout the site to brand it. Next we created a catalog navigation based
on business categories to encourage browsing.
For consistency, we used the same format for each business. We took pictures of each member to give their pages a more personal appearance and asked them to
come up with a slogan, a description, and a list of services for their business. We used a web form to collect the information for consistency. We also gave
them the opportunity to make a special offer. Then, for the final touch, we recorded a personal pitch in the member's own voice and turned it into a sound file
on the web page. The result was a very professional site that also communicated the members personality to the viewer.
The Premise
Marketing Maniacs provides marketing and public relations services in Silicon Valley, specializing in Latin cultures. They wanted a high-design site that
profiled their specialty without isolating them from the general population. They were very specific about which graphics and fonts should show up in the
finished product.
The Goal
Create a designed site that matched their brochure.
The Solution
We avoided the usual left-bar navigation of a typical website in order to stay closer to their brochure. The client supplied the base graphics and we
adapted most of them to include the text that wrapped around the images. We used rollover graphics to describe the links so as to keep the composition
uncluttered, and added motion to the navigation for interest. The result was a site that very closely resembled their brochure but was still a very functional
website.

The Premise
This agent was looking for a way to impress his clients to get them to make the initial contact. He had a specific idea of what look he wanted as well as
some bonus materials to incorporate into the site.
The Goal
Create a brochure site that gives off an authoritative, professional impression and compels potential clients to make contact.
The Solution
The site was created in the style of a fictitious newspaper the "Silicon Valley Times". This added interest to the site as well as giving the impression
that the agent was an authority on real estate. The articles finished on subsequent pages, much like a newspaper, drawing the viewer inside the site, where
free reports on real estate were offered in return for a contact.
